Tip it Over marks the third EP from draigh, the solo project of four time Grammy Award winner Graham Marsh. With collaborations from Marcos Garcia (Chico Mann, Antibalas) and Amber Renee (CLAVVS, dayaway), Tip it Over blends alternative pop, afrobeat, and vapor soul to create a sound that is unmistakably its own.
Written and recorded in Atlanta throughout late fall 2024, the four song EP tackles themes of finding hope and joy during an otherwise difficult moment. On the project Marsh offers, “We live in dark times, but these songs are a reminder to myself that this won’t last forever. My hope is others may find some solace in that as well.”
Lyricist and vocalist Amber Renee adds, “I’m always imagining the future and working towards something better for everyone. Music is a small contribution, but I think every bit counts. These songs are wish casts for a better world.”
